The location met all required needs, it was great to the center of Richmond. Also, the property was 2 miles away from a purpose built rugby union stadium.
The area was a bit dirty.

Can just recommend for a couple of nights
Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a nice continental breakfast included that helped start the day right while being only a 5-minute walk from the station.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The atmosphere was great, and we loved the food and drinks downstairs. Close to public transport. The rooms were super comfy with lovely decor. Highly recommend!
We did experience some noise from outside which was a bit disruptive during the night. A minor issue considering our stay.

Located a stone's throw from the station. The room, while a trek up the stairs, boasted comfortable bedding and unique decor contributing to a cozy atmosphere.
The lack of a fan in the bathroom led to an uncomfortable steam buildup, which became annoying . The absence of a desk in my room turned any work into a juggling act on the bed, not ideal for productivity.

The stay was quite pleasant despite some hiccups. The wardrobe door fell off during our stay, which was a bit of a hassle, and the internal light couldn’t be turned off, making it tricky for us to sleep. the location was excellent, making it easy to visit the nearby attractions like Kew Palace. I wish I had known breakfast was included at check-out as it would have enhanced our experience.

Charming stay with cozy decor
I enjoyed my time in a good room that was both cozy and well-appointed, with a Nespresso coffee maker and a beautifully designed shower. The staff were friendly. The breakfast could use some improvement, as it didn't meet the high standards set by the rest of my vacays.
